How to use

Guide 2025 pathway: Approach → Stocktaking. For countries with no strategy, a new strategy, or a revision. Sessions stay in your browser or in a private save link you keep — no account, and the server does not store answers.

   Choose a country name

   Optional. Enter a country or workspace name on the landing page so exported files and the journey hub stay identifiable. You can leave it blank and rename later via export/import.

   Pick your path

   Select No strategy yet, Creating a new strategy, or Revising an existing strategy. Soft defaults prefill Module 0 clarifications and Module A; you can change answers in the questionnaire.

   Complete the Approach questionnaire

   Start with Module 0 clarifications (cyber risk / threat landscape and digital development aspirations), then Modules A–E. The brief summarises clarifications plus your development archetype for Guide 2025.

   Complete Stocktaking notes

   Capture free-text consultation prompts for the stocktaking exercise. Progress stays in this browser until you export.

5. 5

   Copy your private save link (or export JSON/PDF)

   Use Copy save link on the journey hub, wizard, or results. The link stores your session only in the URL hash — nothing is saved on the server for others to browse. Treat it like a password; copy again after you change answers. You can also Export JSON / Download PDF. Download Sample JSON first if you want a template to Import.
